FAQs
How does your grading work?
Understanding Our Grades
Our grading system uses a two-part rating (e.g. VG/EX), where the first grade indicates the sleeve's condition and the second grade indicates the media/disc's condition. If there is a generic carboard sleeve we will make this clear in the description
Grade Definitions
Each of our items are carefully visually and test played. Any significant visual defects will be noted in individual item descriptions. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about the grading or play condition of specific items.

Please be aware everyone’s interpretation of grading is different, we pride ourselves on being honest and open here, sometimes things slip through the net, so if you are not happy with something, please contact us for a chat about it, we will do our upmost to fix it and keep you coming back for more. life is too short to have crap vinyl isn’t it
second-hand item do they include the original inner sleeve/insert/poster etc.?
We will always include in the description if a second-hand item includes any additional parts, e.g. "with inner" or "includes poster", if you know an item originally came with any additional parts, such as a printed inner sleeve, and it isn't mentioned in the description, then generally the item won't include it, but please feel free to ask. New items will always be complete, unless otherwise specified.
Some yes but not always, recently a lot of brand new vinyl i have bought from suppliers, has not been sealed, however it is clearly brand new.
